Looks like someone programmed a procedural house generator and just scaled the size up to what they needed. I'd love to see some massive Pentagon sized building done in this non-style.
Adding to Kapten's info above, the project will also include additional setbacks, 23-units in the new-build, six in the Teacherage, and two in the duplex. I think this concept will make far more sense than the co-housing proposal.
