Yeh, that seems high. A nicely renovated suite in my building, 2br, 1ba, laundry, open concept, blah blah.... is renting for 14-1500 I think. Certainly not $2200.
And the unit is fully below ground level next to the street. Unit 001
Well it is "for rent", nobody has paid that yet. Perhaps it will become a little more realistic after sitting empty for a few months.
The Chambers is a five storey condo and will soon start construction on Chambers at Johnson in Fernwood.
"Soon" being relative I guess. Nothing going on there at all.
EDIT: Oh, wrong thread maybe. The lot across the street from what went up is supposed to be a 48-unit building.
