Address:
The BCGEU Tower is a partnership between developer Jawl Properties and the BC General Employees' Union, through the union's non-profit housing association, Affordable BC Housing Society. The 19-storey residential, office, daycare and retail tower will rise along the 1100-blocks of Yates and View streets at Cook Street in the City of Victoria's Fernwood neighbourhood at the border of downtown Victoria.
An earlier iteration of the plans called for a 21-storey massing, and included two additional residential units.
