You can mark this complete, if not moved into yet...This is quite the utilitarian main entrance, I love it.
This building is 100% fugly. I suppose when architects hear their project will be in North Park they say "M'eh, why bother with an aesthetically pleasing design?".
I'm no fan of those exposed-fastener siding panels.
Like the view from the CN tower, the best that can be said about this project is that from the inside your view of it is greatly diminished.

Just one time I'd like to see the city and/or the neighbourhood groups make a big fuss about the appearance of a new development. Oh, wait. They do... but only if it's a really good development right out of the gate.
