Are all three of these buildings still u/c, or is the first one now completed? Driving by on Sunday I thought I saw all three in varying stages of construction.
Construction is only slightly more advanced than the photo above. There are a few trades on site or at least there were last week.
Should the thread still stay Approved if buildings are getting topped out? :P
Buildings One and Two are occupied, Three is still coming along but very slowly.
I think Covid hit this one especially hard because 1400 Quadra managed 7 storeys of concrete from March to today while this one struggles to finish fitting out building Three.
