Yup, a whopping 14 sq. m coffee counter with two chairs. I assume that there is also access to the area marked "lounge," but really this is nothing more than allowing the public to hang out in your building's lobby.
The approved design contains ten fewer units than the initial design, which was a storey taller (six-storeys).
