All houses and trees are gone and the site is completely cleared. I'm not aware that any of the houses were relocated, but I could be wrong.
Big excavation currently underway on the Ashgrove Street side for phase 2. The pit comes right to the foundation of phase 1, so some of phase 1's ground floor pillars and such are currently suspended in space over the hole.
I looked at this photo.......
........ and I thought no way, you are going to have to divide up those benches to stop people from sleeping or camping on them.
Alas, of course they are fenced off.
