I just spoke to the leasing manager at Aryze on Friday. I was inquiring about a unit in another one of their buildings near Jubilee hospital which turned out to be rented, but when I asked if she knew of any other 'wheelchair-accessible' units, she mentioned the Estoya would have one.She mentioned anticipated occupancy as October 1st.

Yes, these guys are moving ultra fast on this one. I guess not having to build several floors of underground parking helps!
