cideries seem to do best out in the country where visitors can maybe see go into the orchard or at least see it from the visitor's centre or dining room. wassailing in the orchard for a good harvest also seems to be a thing. i had a chance to finally visit the merridale place in cobble hill and everything just looked the part out there. this clip about cambium (now bx) in vernon explains it pretty well imho: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nk_pBGIw_lI
