I think it's fine for a business hotel. Overall, glad to see this approach completion and helps fill in a big gap. Now to deal with the pit on Wale and the unfinished parkade by London Drugs.. :)

The pit on Wale has been re-purposed as a small lake with ducks, trees, bulrushes and litter that blows down or is thrown down from the road. Quite a nice get away from all the noise on the Colwood Strip

Nice looking room what is the flooring made from looks like laminate but then again it also looks like short fibre carpet

The hotel opened its doors this weekend to help seniors flooded out of a nearby lodge. Good stuff.
