Chard does nice rooftops. Which are a big thing for units that don't have their own great views.
I always wonder with Chard's accessible rooftops, how that alters the price point for the penthouse.
The use of what appears to be hardi-plank on the shorter building puzzles me. IMO it doesn't jive with the overall aesthetic.
