Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere. BC Housing is planning 158 affordable rental homes and 47 supportive homes for this site. Rentals will be operated by CRHC.

If you're on the BC Housing waitlist you don't particularly have a lot of choice as to what unit you're offered. And the open rental market is certainly not offering affordable units at this point.
