Crosstown is a two-phased redevelopment of the former Tally-Ho Hotel complex along the 500-block of Burnside Road East and the 3000-block of Douglas Street in the City of Victoria's Burnside-Gorge neighbourhood.
The concept includes over 150 affordable rental apartments and commercial space within the first phase (with frontage onto Burnside Road East) and an office and retail building in the second phase (with frontage onto Douglas Street).
