The Univeristy of Victoria first on-campus residential project since the early 2000's will replace the Emily Carr Residence, the Margaret Newton Residences and the Cadboro Commons dining hall south of the Student Union Building.
Capacity for just under 800-beds will be constructed in two towers rising nine and eleven-storeys. The new buildings will also feature classroom and meeting spaces, a modernized dining hall.
