Esquimalt Town Square is a mixed-use office, retail and residential development to the south and west of Esquimalt's town hall.
In total four buildings will be constructed, two with residential-only uses, one with a retail ground floor below five levels of residences, and an office building with four floors of class-A office space above a ground floor retail level housing the Esquimalt branch of the Greater Victoria Public Library.
